Color Fun 1.0
Introduction
============
Color fun is an educational game for children of ages 2-8. There are
four "mini" games designed so that kids can learn colors and computers.
Younger children will have to be helped with the keyboard and the mouse, but
they should enjoy the game as long as their attention span will allow. Older
children should be able to play the game by itself. If they already know the
basic colors, learning to use computers will be the important leason. Note: A
sound card (or Windows speaker driver) is very important to game play.

The first step is to use the Game-New menu command to select a new

game and how many times it will be played. There are four variations of Color
Fun: Select the Color, Push the Color, One of three, and Guess the Picture.
Select the Color - a color's name will be spoken and a square of that
color will be displayed. To answer correctly, the name of the correct color
must be clicked on by the mouse cursor.
Push the color - a color's name will be spoken and the color's name
will be displayed in small type. To answer correctly, the correct bar (out of
eight choices), must be clicked on by the mouse cursor.
One of three - a color's name will be spoken and the color's name
will be displayed in small type. To answer correctly, the correct square (out
of three choices), must be clicked on by the mouse cursor. Alternatively the
position (1-3, going from left to right) of the correct square may be pressed
on the keyboard.
Guess the picture - a color's name will be spoken and the color's
name will be displayed in small type. To answer correctly, the square
containing a picture of an object with the correct color (out of three
choices), must be clicked on by the mouse cursor. Alternatively the
position (1-3, going from left to right) of the correct square may be pressed
on the keyboard.
Registration
============
Color Fun is a shareware program that has a two week evaluation
period after which a payment of $12 is required. As shareware, Color Fun was
distributed freely in order to allow people to "test drive" it. The try-
before-you-buy concept allows users to find out which programs are useful
before purchasing them. If a shareware program is useful or entertaining,
please support it through registration. The registration fee for Color Fun is
only $12 and entitles you to the newest version of the program, a printed
manual, customer support (through the mail or on Compuserve, AOL, Delphi,
GEnie, or the Internet), and information (and discounts) on other offerings
from Burnham Park Software, Inc. Color Fun is part of a five game series. The
other games in this series are: Letter Fun, Number Fun, Animal Fun, and Shape
Fun. Registration of any three games in this series is $22. For all five, the
registration is $30. To register, send your name, address, and a check or
